Mark has been a business owner for 13 years and has previously been a member of the RBA for 6 years. Mark brings to the committee a wealth of local knowledge and a let's move ahead attitude.

Second generation retailer of long standing successful Remuera business.  Brings strong customer focus, also an advocate for Sunday trading which has proved successful in his business.

Aaron Bhatnagar

 

Cr Aaron Bhatnagar serves on the Remuera Business Association as one of Auckland City council's two ex-officio representatives. This is his first term on Auckland City's council. Aaron is a resident of Remuera, and has been active in a number of local causes including standing up to inappropriate large-scale property development as well as promoting fiscal responsibility at Auckland City Council. Aaron is a former Hobson Community Board representative, passionate about his local parks and facilities, and keen to protect and improve local Remuera amenities.

Diane Gribben - HCB

Community Board member Diane serves on the RBA as the Board’s ex-officio representative. This is her first term as a Board member. She has lived and shopped in Remuera for over 30 years and has watched Remuera grow and mature over that time. She has endeavoured to assist the RBA tackling such issues as the bus built-outs, the development of a new strategic plan and to find a solution for the removal of recycling and rubbish from the business area. She hopes that during her term of office she can continue to help the RBA and the community by acting as a contact between the Council and the community.
