Did you know Mount Hobson is 143m high and one of Auckland’s best preserved volcanic cones? When is the last time you have walked up Mount Hobson and enjoyed the fabulous view across Auckland? You can walk up on a leisurely stroll or go for a run up and down the mount.

Discover Remuera’s heritage and architectural treasures on the Remuera Heritage Walk from St Aidan’s to Mount Hobson. Visit the Remuera Community Library built in 1926 by architects Gummer & Ford. Have a look at Cotter House built c 1848 and today one of the oldest houses in Auckland or walk down Garden Road the original driveway into Ladies College where Jean Batten once was a student. Heritage walks brochures are available at the Remuera Community Library free of charge.
